Three projects in Albuquerque, NM needed energy efficiency upgrades but were unable to proceed due to lack of funds.  They required Bridge (Construction) financing to cover the costs until utility rebates and other incentives were made available after completion of the project.  TBL Fund was able to provide a Bridge Loan to help cover the construction costs, allowing for completion of the energy efficiency upgrades on schedule.
