Eligibility Requirements
- Multifamily Affordable Housing (MFAH)
- Over 50% of the tenants earn less than 80% of the area median income (AMI), or
- Rents are less than 80% of Area Median Rent, or
- Located in a HUD Distressed Community Census Tract
- Utilities in Disadvantaged Community (DAC)
- Rural Community, per USDA Rural Development, or
- Identified as DAC per EPA’s Climate and Economic Justice screening tool
