Ravi Malhotra
Founder & President
Ravi is an experienced engineer and social entrepreneur who has established a variety of enterprises in India, Africa and the US with an emphasis on sustainable technologies. He is currently focused on finding financially sustainable models to solve the U.S. affordable housing crisis while tackling climate change through the efforts of ICAST and TBL Fund. Ravi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and Master’s degrees in both Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jaci Willoughby

Jaci Willoughby joined the Triple Bottom Line Foundation team as Marketing Generalist, following a 20+ year career in the Marketing field. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, she is a self-proclaimed Data Geek and believes in a data-driven approach to marketing and strategic planning. Jaci is passionate about working with developing teams and thrives in an environment of growth, challenges, and learning. Jaci spends her free time working on creative projects for her Etsy shop, reading historical fiction, and listening to outstanding music.

Jasna Filipović
VP of Investments & Project Finance
TBL Fund welcomes Jasna Filipović as our Vice President - Investments & Project Finance. Jasna has over 10 years of experience working with Renewable Energy & Specialty Finance in commercial banking, and as many years of experience working with or serving on boards of various nonprofits. Jasna will use her lending and investment expertise to help propel TBL Fund to become the go-to lender for solar and energy efficiency financing, and help set up TBL Fund for expected growth in operations.

Lynn Whitfield
Human Resources
Lynn is a senior human resources professional with 25+ years of experience. A graduate from Roosevelt University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She has a certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management from UCLA. She is excited about joining the TBL Fund team as part time HR Manager. In her spare time, you will find Lynn reading or antiquing for small treasures.

Mary Andrade
Chief Financial Officer
Mary has extensive experience in risk analysis/mitigation as well as in corporate tax, due diligence and accounting. Mary worked with the Big Four in International Markets for over a decade, specializing in oil, mining and non-profits (USAID & IDAB) in South America. She also managed complex financial reviews in Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa. Mary has held C-Level positions at First Person Solutions, Cube Hydro (renewable energy) and Ashoka Foundation. At NextEra Energy she supervised the renewable energy portfolio of over 18,000 megawatts. She also worked with G4S as Divisional Risk Management & Compliance Officer & RFO for LATAM. Where she implemented risk compliance as a member of the Divisional Risk Committee and Board Member in over 100 countries. She also has experience running and implementing multi-lateral loans with the IADB and in Global M&A. Mary earned a BA in Inter-American Studies, Political Science, and Economics (taken in the Spanish) from the University of the Pacific and a Global Master of Arts (GMAP) in International Relations & Finance from Tufts University. She has earned certifications from Harvard, MIT, KPMG, Thunderbird University, the US Government, Wharton and has been a frequent presenter to industry groups.

Nicklaus Watson
IT
IT Technician Nicklaus Watson began his ICAST career as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer and then remained on taking a position as an IT Technician. Nick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in May of 2021 with an M.S. in Sustainable Management. He enjoys working for an organization that focuses on all aspects of sustainability, and by utilizing his undergraduate minors from Ball State University: Computer Science, Foundations of Computer Technology, and History, he hopes to make a lasting contribution to ICAST. When he is not working, he enjoys practicing nature photography, exploring the neighborhoods of Denver, and spending time hiking through the mountains and forests of Colorado.

Sam Lipman
Solar Programs
Sam Lipman has over 24 years of experience in the solar industry. He has developed community solar projects for the past 8 years nationally. As a developer, he is well versed with the entire process from sales to site acquisition to engineering, environmental analysis, permitting, EPC vendor selection, financing, utility interconnection, commissioning, and project closeout. Sam is a member of the Southwest Area Transmission (SWAT) Subregional Planning Group, planning new transmission infrastructure in the US Southwest.

Walter Cupa
National Solutions Manager
Walter Cupa brings an extensive background in the solar industry to the TBL Fund team. Originally from Los Angeles, California, now residing in El Paso, Texas, Walter has been deeply involved in the solar industry since 2018. During this time, he owned and managed a business, gaining valuable experience and insights. Walter's unique blend of industry expertise and personal passion makes him a valuable asset to the TBL Fund team. Beyond his professional endeavors, Walter is a proud father and enjoys quality time with his son, participating in trail running, hiking, and skateboarding.
