Commercial Lender
What We're Looking For
01. 3 Years of experience in selling project financing

What We're Looking For
01. 3 Years of experience in selling project financing

03. Ability to exercise good judgment in establishing and maintaining working relationships, solve problems, and be able to deliver with limited supervision
04. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, contracts, credit, and financial documents as well as other legal documents as needed
05. Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities as well as an understanding of credit underwriting and loan documentation
06. Analytical ability to develop metrics and implement improvements through analysis and reporting

Chief Operating Officer
What We're Looking For

Chief Financal Officer
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years’ prior experience in a Chief Financial Officer role
- 8+ years of experience with accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial governance.
- Expertise in managing accelerated company growth.
- Experience in top level management role(s) at a CDFI
- Experience with project financing, specifically clean energy financing & accounting
- Strong people management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all day-to-day administration and management of accounting, finance and CDFI compliance.
- Manages to metrics that accurately report the status of the organization to the President.
- Ensuring that TBL Fund meets all regulatory & other requirements to maintain its certifications.
- Creating budgets & forecasts
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis
- Establishing and maintaining financial controls
- Advise on financial analyses and decision-making regarding capital investments received and made.
- Define, benchmark, and implement operational best practices.
- Develop internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budgeting, cash & credit management, administration, and other activities.
Initial Goals:
- Help manage the expected 500% growth of TBL Fund within the next few years.
- Establish processes and systems to scale the org. with good investments from investors and to applicants.

Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant will perform all accounting functions at TBL Fund. This includes AP, AR, ledgers, payroll, account analysis, variance analysis and monthly reporting. This role partners with and supports the CFO in monitoring financial performance.
What We're Looking For
Must Have Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or similar degree
- Experience with accounting for Financial Institutions such as Banks, CDFIs, Credit Unions.
- 3+ Years of experience performing ALL of the required functions of this position i.e. AP, AR, ledgers, payroll, account analysis, variance analysis and monthly reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with qualifying and making loans and other investments
- Experience with investment related accounting software
- Prior experience in an accountant role for a Non-Profit organization
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with M365 (Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, problem solving, research and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with team members to guide and monitor overall financial status, including allocation of personnel and costs to various grants/contracts for payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly report with current budget to actual analysis and identify risks or opportunities. Prepare special analyses as required.
- Contribute to monthly and year-end close processes by completing components as assigned. Includes preparing entries, reconciliations, workpapers, financial statements, and analysis.
- Direct the design and implementation of process improvements to gain efficiency or adapt to external changes. Includes defining roles, establishing procedures, leveraging technology and creating process swim lane analysis.
Initial Goals:
- Maintain an acute awareness of deadlines
- Review accounting practices with emphasis on improved efficiency, accountability, and management
- Execution of month end closing schedules
- Development of Improved methods of reporting and information dissemination throughout organization

Chief Financial Officer - Part Time
Triple Bottom Line Foundation is growing rapidly and seeking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their team! The CFO is responsible for the strategic planning and management of TBL Fund’s financial activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment & mitigation, governance, and leadership of assigned staff. An ideal candidate for this role will be adept at improving business performance outcomes and operational agility.

Controller
Part-Time
The Controller will work directly on accounting functions until TBL Fund has accounting staff to supervise. This position is responsible for all accounting and finance functions for TBL Fund including preparing for financial audits from independent auditors and government auditors, ledger entries, A/P and A/R accounting, payroll processing, invoicing, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Must Have Qualifications:
- 2 Years’ experience as a Controller or Accounting/Finance Executive Role
- 5+ years with QuickBooks desktop version
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Project Finance or Energy Financing – preference for Clean Energy Financing
- Experience with preparation and supervision of 3rd party audits
- Ability to manage timeliness and accuracy of financial data
- Experience with monthly reconciliation of all accounts and monthly financial statements
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing TBL Fund accounting and finance records
- Managing KPI’s and reporting to C-Level on key metrics
- Helping prepare schedules and documents for financial statements
- Supporting work for external audits, budget to actuals, allocations, reconciliations, cash flow, and month end/year end closing
Initial Goals:
- Come up to speed and be able to manage the accounting function within 30 days
- Understand and manage the lending and servicing of TBL Fund loan activities with 90 days
